At Peachy's Boutique, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help!

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked by day 14 to be eligible.

Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair
• In original packaging with all tags attached

Final Sale Items The following items are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items, intimates, swimwear, and accessories (unless defective).

How to Start a Return Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. Just mention it in your return request email.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
